Avengers: Doomsday doesn't come out until December 18, 2026 but it's already breaking records of hollywood. Worldwide presales just crossed $100 million, the trailer is Disney's most-viewed ever, and now alleged Trailer 3 images are leaking and spreading online. Here's everything happening in the Doomsday universe right now.

Trailer 3 leak: what the images claim

Leaked images circulating this week supposedly show the next trailer's biggest reveals and they're wild if true. The standout claim: Peter Parker standing alongside Doctor Doom inside Doom's castle, fueling the theory that Doom has already "collected" Spider-Man (Peter Parker) the same way he reportedly collected Hulk.

Other alleged reveals include Doctor Doom using green magic to erase the memories of Magneto and an older Steve Rogers potentially turning them into his salve servants and Sylvie forcing Loki to help the Avengers. One theory going around: XMen Magneto regains his memories, betrays Doom, and pays the ultimate price.

Grain of salt department: None of this is confirmed. Marvel hasn't acknowledged the leaks, and a new trailer is rumored around October 18. Treat every "leak" as fan fiction until Marvel says otherwise — but the theories are extreme fun.

$100M presales: already historic

Here's what's not a rumor: Doomsday became the earliest movie ever to cross $50 million in domestic presales three months before release — and worldwide presales have now reportedly passed $100 million, running well ahead of Spider-Man: Brand New Day's pace.

Premium screens are driving much of it. Marvel created "Infinity Vision" and its own premium large-format certification with bigger screens and a new score recorded with a live orchestra partly because Dune: Part Three locked up IMAX screens for three weeks starting the same day. Disney even re-released Avengers: Endgame in September as the first Infinity Vision title.

Doctor Doom's mystical allies

The ScreenX version of the trailer revealed new details about Doom's inner circle: masked figures identified as Latverian Witches bowing to Robert Downey Jr.'s Doom. Fan theories are running wild Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch? Charlize Theron's Clea? A shape-shifter disguised as Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to manipulate Steve Rogers?

Kevin Feige confirmed one character will "anchor" the story — and it's not Doom himself. The Russo brothers also confirmed some cast members still haven't been announced, even this close to release. Expect more surprises.

The merch machine is already running

Cinemark revealed a Doctor Doom collector's popcorn bucket and drink cup. Regal is giving away a Doctor Doom Magic: The Gathering card opening weekend. My take

I've covered a lot of amount of the Marvel hype cycles, and this one feels very different. $100M in presales two months out isn't just fan excitement it's the general audience showing up. The Endgame re-release doing about $36M last month proved the appetite is there. If Doomsday delivers even half of what the trailers promise, we're looking at the biggest opening of the decade. My one worry: with this many characters and this many leaks, can the Russos keep any surprises for opening night?
